My project is dedicated to creating a visual image of a character called the Corpse Bride, inspired by the eerie atmosphere of Halloween. This character blends gothic romance with a dark aesthetic, making her a perfect fit for a holiday filled with mystery and the supernatural. In my artwork, I aimed to convey tragic beauty and tenderness while preserving a haunting aura. The color palette is based on cold shades of blue and gray, emphasizing the ghostly nature of the bride. Special attention is given to details: a vacant gaze, and a soft glow of the skin create a spectral effect. The composition is designed to evoke both sympathy and unease in the viewer. This character fits seamlessly into Halloween traditions, where the boundary between life and death becomes especially thin, and the dead come alive in our imagination.
